Items generally ship within 5 business days, and are shipped from Toronto, Canada, using an International Air service. Shipping times depend on destination.

We do our best to ship worldwide, however if shipping to your region turns out to be prohibited or prohibitively expensive you will be offered a full refund.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item, refunds are not available, defective items may be exchanged or OxShop credits for future purchases allocated.

The one year of membership included in the Sponsor Package relates to Class D membership as outlined in the not-for-profit articles of incorporation for the organization:

(d) Class D Members – Non-Voting – “Members”

• Membership as a Class D member of the Corporation shall be available to persons who have applied and have been accepted for Class D non-voting membership in the Corporation by the board.
• The term of membership of a Class D member shall be annual, subject to renewal in accordance with the policies of the Corporation.
• Subject to the Act and the articles, a Class D member shall not be entitled to receive notice of, attend or vote at meetings of the members.
• Membership in this class shall be subject to the established financial contributions set forth ($50CAD/yr) as may be amended by the board from time to time.
